12 Weeks To A Better You

Then runs for 12 weeks, Sept. 14 – Nov. 30
Co-facilitators Celinda Crandall and Michelle Pugh will offer another session of “12 Weeks to a Better You!” (a FREE healthy lifestyle program) this fall. In the spring they were blessed with a group of 20 men and women who committed to meet for twelve weeks to work through the principles of Steve Reynolds’ book, Bod4God and Tosca Reno’s Eat-Clean Diet series.
Besides sharing exercise, nutrition, and weight loss tips, this group focused on biblical truths regarding the physical and spiritual aspects of life, and together they lost 186 pounds!
An Introductory session will be held Wednesday, Sept. 7 and then Weeks 1-12, Sept. 14-Nov. 30; time 7:30 PM. The group will be closed to new members after Sept. 14, so plan to come and find out more.
